Before proceeding, please read the following instructions carefully and confirm that you understand the conditions.

1. Who should apply for GCBS programmes?

- Class XII passed students meeting the eligibility criteria (RUB Link).
- Students committed to completing the 4-year business programme.

2. When to Apply?

- Take your time to decide on your programme choice.
- Apply only after carefully studying the programmes and career prospects.
- Once applied, you cannot change the programme category.
- The last date for online registration is 15 March 2025.

3. Conditions

  • ONLY ONE Programme Category can be chosen: Category A OR Category B.
  • Category A: Accounting, Business Intelligence, Finance & Economics. Who should apply for Category A? Anyone with a genuine passion for functional business areas such as finance and accounting, with good mathematical proficiency and analytical skills and willing to solve complex business problems.
  • Category B: Business Management, Human Capital Management, Marketing (Digital & Communication). Who should apply for Category B? Anyone who may not be very comfortable with mathematics and numerical skills but are interested in managing business and are good in communication skills.
  • Select your source of funding: Higher-Education Grant (Government Scholarship) or Self-Financed.
  • Ensure your details are correct; incorrect information will not be the responsibility of GCBS.

4. How do I confirm my application?

You will receive a confirmation notification and can view your application number under the View Details menu.

5. Post Application Information

What happens after you have applied?

- You will be shortlisted for the GCBS Entrance Test (GET) based on the merit ranking of Ability Rating Points of Class XII marks, according to the admission criteria announced: Admission Criteria.

GCBS does not expect you to have studied the subjects before the programme.

6. Entrance Examination

- The GET will be administered online on 21 April 2025.
- It will comprise Personal Statement, Personality Trait, and Aptitude.
